Deposits are required to reserve a puppy. Once a deposit is made, the selected puppy is held specifically for you. Due to this commitment, deposits are generally non refundable unless Regina’s Aussie Home is unable to fulfill the agreement. This policy ensures fairness and protects the time and effort involved in managing placements.
Final payment terms will be communicated clearly before completion of any transaction. Puppies will not be released until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline a sale if we feel the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy.
All puppies are provided with a health guarantee as outlined separately. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange a veterinary checkup shortly after receiving the puppy. Ongoing care, including nutrition, training, and general well being, becomes the responsibility of the new owner once the puppy leaves our care.
We are not responsible for issues that arise due to improper care, neglect, or failure to follow basic health and safety guidelines. We strongly encourage all new owners to provide a safe, loving, and stable environment for their puppy.
